Ingredients:

| Directions 1. Cut fish fillets into serving pieces. 2. Arrange in a single layer in greased 2 quart baking dish. 3. In 2 quart saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly. 4. Add salt, dry mustard and Daregal dill. 5. Remove from heat and gradually stir in half and half. 6. Return to heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. 7. Then add lemon juice. Mix in 1 cup of the cheese, stirring until melted. 8. Pour cheese sauce evenly over fish. Sprinkle with Daregal dill. 10. Bake at 400°F about 20 minutes, or until fish flakes evenly when tested with a fork in thickest parts. 11. Accompany the main dish with your favorite greens, tomatoes and new potatoes steamed in their jackets |
