Directions
- Pour mixture over prepared chicken breasts, spreading to coat evenly and
roll up. Use kitchen twine, toothpicks or mini skewers to hold in place. Brown
on all sides in frying pan with butter and olive oil.
Remove from heat add
white wine to deglaze pan. Place back on heat until chicken is thoroughly cooked,
internal temp reaching 170°F, or finish cooking in a 350°F oven,
until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
Tips: Recipe can also be made with Beef. The sauce works as a great marinade for grilling beef, poultry and fish.
