Crostinis of scrambled eggs with Dill prawns
Aperitif, Serves 4
Ingredients:
  • 1 French bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 9 oz. of peeled cooked frozen shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Dill
Directions
  • Leave the prawns to defrost for 1 hour.
  • Cut the bread into slices and toast .
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the eggs constantly stirring with a spatula.
  • Season well.
  • When the eggs are about done, add the prawns and cook for a further 2 min.
  • Spread the scrambled eggs with prawns onto the toasted bread.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle with dill and eat straight away.
  • Crostinis can be served as a appetizer or as a starter.
