Crostinis of scrambled eggs with Dill prawns
Aperitif, Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 French bread
4 eggs
9 oz. of peeled cooked frozen shrimp
1 tablespoon of butter
salt
pepper
3 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Dill
Directions
Leave the prawns to defrost for 1 hour.
Cut the bread into slices and toast .
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the eggs constantly stirring with a spatula.
Season well.
When the eggs are about done, add the prawns and cook for a further 2 min.
Spread the scrambled eggs with prawns onto the toasted bread.
Just before serving, sprinkle with dill and eat straight away.
Crostinis can be served as a appetizer or as a starter.
