Fennel & Orange Salad with Parsley
Serves 10-15
Ingredients:
  • 1 Box of Daregal Parsley
  • 4 Heads of Fennel (sliced thin)
  • 6 Navel Oranges
    (zest and segments)
  • 1 White Onion (sliced thin)
  • 1/2 Cup White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions

Combine parsley, fennel, orange and onion; season with salt and pepper. 
Toss with vinegar and olive oil.
