Fresh Tomato Salsa
Ingredients:
  • 4 lg. ripe plum tomatoes-seeds
    removed and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cup Daregal cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. of oregano
  • 2 tablespoons of frozen Daregal Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
  • Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Cover and let stand at room temperature for the flavors to blend.
