Preheat oven to 350°F. Crack eggs into a large bowl and pierce yolks. Add milk and pepper and whisk until well blended. Add cheese, zucchini, tomato and pepper. Stir. Fold in frozen parsley. Pour mixture into a greased, 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until eggs are set. Slice into triangles and serve with marinara sauce.
