| Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350F in a large roast pan lined with heavy duty foil. 2. Spread butter on foil, lay fresh basil and leave on butter. 3. Spread fresh cut-up vegetables over basil leave and place chicken on top of vegetables. 4. Place fresh lemon grass on top of chicken, pour water over chicken, and sprinkle with fresh ground white pepper & pinch of salt. 5. Covered – bake for 1 to 1.5 hours until done. Or Insert meat thermometer into thickest part chicken (inside thigh muscle). Make sure it reads 180. |
