Pineapple Salsa with Cilantro
Serves 10-15
Ingredients:
  • 2 Boxes of Daregal Cilantro
  • 3- 28 oz Cans Chopped Pineapple
    in Juice (drained)
  • 2 Red Peppers (diced)
  • 2 Bunches of Scallion (sliced thin)
  • 1 Large Bag of Tortilla Chip Cups
  • 4 Limes (zest and juice)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients, spoon into tortilla cups or in a bowl and serve.
