Green beans with tomatoes and herbs
  • 1.5 pounds of frozen or
    fresh green beans
  • 2 tsp of olive oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cloves or chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp of Daregal's Fresh Frozen Basil
  • 1 tsp of Daregal's Fresh Frozen Oregano
  • Black pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 cup of sliced tomatoes
  • In a large pan, cook beans in barely boiling water for 3 and a half minutes, drain and place in serving bowl.
  • In a frying pan, add olive oil, onions, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper.
  • Cook two and a half minutes, add beans and tomatoes, cover and cook until the mixture is tender.
