Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese Dip with Dill
Serves 10-15
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2Cups Daregal Chopped Dill
  • 3 Cups Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 2 Lbs Sliced Smoked Salmon
    (minced)
  • 1 Tbls Capers in Brine
    (minced)
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion
    (diced small)
  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes
    (sliced thinley)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 Bags Plain Bagel Chips
Directions

Mix all ingredients together until combined.  Refrigerate for a least an hour. 
Serve on bagel chips.

Tip:  use a pastry/ziplock bag and cut a small slit in corner to squeeze onto your cracker.
