Tomato Mozzarella Basil Salad
Serves 10-15
Ingredients:
  • 1 Box of Daregal Basil
  • 1 Box of Daregal Italian Blend
  • 6 Beefsteak Tomatoes
    (seeded and diced)
  • 1/4 Cup Champagne Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2- 1 lb Mozzarella Balls
    (diced small)
Directions

Mix all ingredients together.  Place a spoonful on mini toast with a piece of mozzarella.
