Cheesy Dilly Beer Rolls by Mary

Ingredients:
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 12-ounces beer, room temperature
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely minced onion
- 1/2 cup Daregal Fresh Frozen Dill

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease or spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into prepared tin and bake for 30 minutes.
