Pan-Fried Chicken with Cashew Nuts and Cilantro
Main dish, Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 lbs. of chicken
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 tablespoons of cashews
2 tablespoons of olive oil
salt
pepper
3 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Cilantro
3 tablespoons of minced Ginger
Directions
Dice the chicken breasts.
Heat the olive oil in a high-sided frying pan.
Brown the diced chicken breasts.
Add the cashew nuts, ginger and diced green peppers.
Salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with cilantro just before serving.
This dish can be accompanied with Thai rice mixed with small vegetables.
