Singapore Prawn Satay Pizza by Peter

Ingredients:
- 3 Small ready to Bake Pizza Crusts or
- 4 Pita or Flat Bread Rounds
- 1/2 Cup purchased Satay marinade
- 1 Sweet Onion (Maui, Vidalia etc), thinly sliced
- 4 Ounces Snow Peas
- 1-1/2 Pounds Medium-sized Shrimp, cleaned
- 1/2 Cup Roasted Cashews
- 1/2 Cup DAREGAL Fresh Frozen Cilantro, chopped
- 4 Tablespoons DAREGEL Italian Blend Herbs
- 1-1/2 Cups Shredded smoked Provolone or Mozzarella Cheese

Directions
- Spread crusts with the marinade, then layer a portion of remaining ingredients in order on each pizza. Either bake with indirect heat on the BBQ, following Manufacturer’s instructions or bake on a perforated baking pan at 450 Degrees F on the middle shelf of the oven for 8 minutes, or until cheese bubbles and crust edges begin to brown. Let rest 3-4 minutes, then serve and ENJOY!!
