Sole Rolls with Porcini Mushrooms and Parsley
Main dish, Serves 4
Ingredients:
  • 4 filets of sole
  • 1 bag of frozen porcini mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of minced Shallot
  • 3 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of minced Onion
Directions
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a high-sided frying pan.
