Sole Rolls with Porcini Mushrooms and Parsley
Main dish, Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 filets of sole
1 bag of frozen porcini mushrooms
3 tablespoons of olive oil
salt
pepper
3 tablespoons of minced Shallot
3 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Parsley
3 tablespoons of minced Onion
Directions
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a high-sided frying pan.
Add the shallot and onion.
Brown them.
Incorporate the porcini mushrooms.
Salt and pepper.
Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan.
Put the sole filets in the pan and cook 2 to3 minutes per side.
Salt and pepper.
Roll them after cooking.
Arrange the mushrooms on a serving dish.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Arrange the sole rolls.
Serve immediately.
